Typical Savings

Typically the average increase in output provided by the Pallet System is in the region of 35%. On this basis and assuming 100% utilisation of the machine concerned, the following return on capital expenditure could be  achieved.
Assume a labour charge of £30 per hour.

Single (8 Hours) shift working = £240 income/day.

So 35% increase in output = £84 extra income/day.

5 days per week = £420 extra income/week

48 weeks of year = £20,160 extra income/year

Double (16 hours) shift working = £40,320 extra income/year

24 hours shift working = £60,480 extra income/year
