Speed Clamp is designed to provide improved flexibility and output in production areas.
The System provides reliable and secure fixturing for components having regular or complex shapes at the same time allowing for the holding of twice the number of parts that can be held in a standard vice.

Speed clamp is fitted with high tensile (H/T) aluminium jaws that can be machined to reflect the profile of both the component and the cutter path, ensuring that parts are clamped in the correct orientation for each machining operation.

The system incorporates a quick-change feature that enables jaws to be changed within seconds, further reducing setting-up times. The quick-change mechanism also ensures that the moving jaws pull down when clamping the parts.

By fitting a series of Speed Clamps to a vice location plate, the machining of multiple parts can be safely achieved. (see below)
